Statement from EMCHI

Our client's health and safety are our priority during these times. We are actively monitoring guidance provided by officials in the areas we operate and adhering to social distancing, safe business practices and proper sanitization. We are continuing to fulfill all online orders without interruption, although some client's may experience a delay in receiving their shipments due to shipping carrier impacts.


Keeping You Safe with Contact-Free Delivery

Whenever possible, we are shipping client orders with no-contact delivery to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). There is no additional cost for client's to receive a delivery contact-free. Most shipping carriers will leave your package in at your residence or business, with a neighbor, in a parcel locker, or another secure delivery option, without the need to sign for a package or be available for a delivery.

Enhanced safe order fulfillment and package handling protocols for our employees has been implemented to minimize any spread of COVID-19.

Some Orders May Experience a Delay In-Transit

Depending on the shipping carrier your order is delivered by, some clients may experience a slight delay of 1-5 business days to receive their order. Unfortunately, EMCHI is unable to control or anticipate these delays, as they are caused by the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS) directly. 

We will always keep you informed about the status of your order, and you an always track your order directly from the Shipping Confirmation email, or by logging into your myEMCHI Account.

International deliveries may be subject to elevated customs or import regulations, which may caused an increased delay in receiving your order. EMCHI may temporarily limit delivery to certain countries or destinations if necessary.

Your patience and understanding is appreciated. 


Temporary Suspension and Cancellation of All Trade Shows, Demos and Events

EMCHI has made the decision to not participate in any in-person trade shows, demo sessions or events until further notice. Some event organizers may continue operating, or may have modified or postponed schedules. If you were planning on attending an upcoming event, please contact the organizer directly for more information about rescheduling, refunds or other questions. 

When it is determined safe to do so, EMCHI will continue to resume in-person demo and events. We are unable to provide an estimated date at this time.


Returns for Orders Placed with emchiproducts.com

If you place an order with emchiproducts.com, and you wish to return an item or items, we are continuing to accept returns. In accordance with guidance provided by the CDC, we are following all appropriate protocols in receiving and accepting items for return. You may continue to request a return for any eligible order.

If you made a purchase from a distributor, retailer or other online platform (such as Amazon.com), please contact them directly to learn more about their return policy. As stated in our Returns Policy, we are unable to accept returns for items not purchased directly from emchiproducts.com.

You may initiate a return by visiting our online Returns Center. We suggest requesting a pick-up for your return order, allowing you to leave the package outside and minimize any contact between yourself and the delivery courier. Availability of Select Items

Due to restrictions and limited-stock of some items, EMCHI may limit the amount of items available for purchase. Additionally, we are working hard to quickly re-stock any items that have sold-out in a timely manner and will keep you informed of any delays or cancellations (if necessary) for items that have sold-out.

Some items may ship in packaging that differs from the images that appear on our website. Please know that although the packaging may look slightly different, you will always receive the same, high-quality product, that you expect from EMCHI. Information about items that may ship in slightly different packaging will be updated on the product details page to keep you informed before placing an order.
